Naan Garlic Cheese Tandoori Penat-yat
Ayam Tandoori:
5 ketoi besaq ayam
8 ulas bawang putih - ditumbuk (1 tbsp)
2 tbsp halia ditumbuk
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jintan putih
1 tsp serbuk cili
1 tbsp pes cili (X boh takut pedaih)
1 tsp smoked paprika (X smoked pun ok)
3 tbsp natural yogurt
Salt & sugar
Cara-cara:
1. Gaul & perap a few hours.
2. Grill in Oven, 180°C for 1 hour.
Mint Chutney:
Setengah genggam daun ketumbar, +-25 helai daun pudina
1 bijik cabai hijau besaq (kalo kecik 2)
1 ulas bawang putih
1 cm halia
1/4 cup yogurt
garam
Gula
2 biji limau kasturi (sbb xde limau nipis/lemon)
1 tsp air
Cara:
Blend semua
Roti Naan
1/2 cawan air
2 tbsp gula
1 peket yis mauripan

Mix, Uli la sket. Cover for 5 mins.

Add: 3 cups flour
2 tbsp powder milk (tadi pakai susu kambing sbb ni je ada)
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp yogurt
3 tbsp oil

Mix, Add 1/4 cup water. Tadi mcm lembik sket, tambah 1 tbsp flour.

Boh minyak sket, cover doh dgn minyak
|
Bagi doh berehat selama 1 jam

Tumbuk (Ni part yg best🤭)

Potong 4, 5, 6 bahagian, bulat2kan

Canai, letak la Cheese ka, garlic ka both ka
Pastu tutup balik, picit2 takmo bg terbukak
Canai semula jd bentuk Oval

Bakar atas kuali panas dlm 2 mins each side.
Garlic utk roti: 4 ulas garlic, minced pastu tenyeh2, mix dgn butter.
